Saint Geron water
The spring of SAINT-GERON water has resulted from this natural and constant movement of water. Volcanoes are round, green and lined up side by side in Auvergne. The oldest one is 30 million years old, whereas the youngest one is 5,000. They have not always been so well behaved. Previously active for thousands of years, they used to make the earthquake. Layers and projections of lava have forged the landscape and created valleys. Very hard and resistant stone has added a final touch to the wild scenery of forests, fields, and moors. It has also influenced the architecture of the village of Saint-Geron, just next to Brioude la Douce, at an altitude of 510 meters. Vitality is drawn from the heart of the earth. Far from sources of pollution, this landscape has remained exceptional. As always, water from rainfall, storms and melted snow, slowly makes its way through the thousand-year-old granite. It ends up several kilometers underground, where it encounters the carbonic gas of the earth’s magma and absorbs minerals only found in the terroir of Saint-Geron. It returns afterward to the surface, filled with natural bubbles. The purity of Saint-Geron is exceptional and its minerality is unique. Its composition is constant and unequaled.
