SAINT GEORGES water is a mineral water of absolute purity, filtered by the granite of the Corsican mountains. The spring water is a weakly mineralized and naturally comes from the rock at 1,162 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Serra-Cimagna mountain in a preserved territory of the maquis in Corsica. It is drawn in the traditional way from its natural gush, a method that dates back to the Romans, and not by drilling. In this way, the resource is not exhausted.
