The water of the Sasse emerges from an earth's crust that has remained intact. Its purity is exceptional and its turbidity is perfect. The highest point in the Alps 1740m above sea level, LA SASSE water is bottled in the estate's workshop, without filtration or chemical treatment. The production workshop, self-sufficient in electricity, only works in the summer when the snowpack recedes and the only path to the Domaine de la Sasse becomes passable again. The bottle, in frosted glass, was shaped by the Mègevan sculptor Pierre Margara. The vertical lines symbolize the mountain, the spirit of water, the waterfalls.
