Chiarella Symposion Italian Fine Water
CHIARELLA SYMPOSION low mineral content water flows right from the heart of the mountains surrounding Lake Como. It is directly from the rocks of Mount Grona above Plesio, that its peculiar mix of minerals with historical and proven health properties comes from. Mount Grona, a rocky pearl set among the Larian mountains, is the source of the precious minerals that enrich the Chiarella water, which has one of the lowest sodium levels in Europe and an unmistakable mix of so-called positive minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium. Chiarella Symposion won the If Design Award in 2021. Symposion is a multi-year project by Acqua Chiarella Excellence of Nature, Excellence of Man. These are the values that Acqua Chiarella water represents, supports and disseminates in Italy and in the world. The Greek word Symposion, literally "to drink together", is in classical culture the place of feasting where the arts are the protagonist together with food and drink. In particular, in the Platonic declination of Symposion, authoritative guests are invited to express themselves on a specific subject. Hence the idea of the Acqua Chiarella Symposion project: to invite artists and, more generally, exponents of the world of Art, to discuss the theme of the Excellence of Nature and Man, values that the Acqua Chiarella brand brings every day on the table, in Italy and around the world. This year, the Symposion project was entrusted to Lorenzo Palmeri, architect and designer, who returned a new design concept for water - the new 0.70 glass format - and a new consumer experience.
